How to export

New VT

From an open VoiceThread

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select “Export.” player_menu_export.png
  3. Click on the yellow “Export” button. export_button.png

From the sharing page

  1. Access the sharing page.
  2. Click on the export tab at the top of the sharing window. share_page_export_tab.png
  3. Click on the yellow “Export” button. export_button.png

Exporting can take anywhere from a few seconds to 20 minutes depending on size. You will receive an email notification when your export is complete, but you can also check its status at any time.

Legacy VT

From an open VoiceThread

  1. Open the VoiceThread you wish to export.
  2. Click on the menu in the top-left corner of the page.
  3. Select “Export” from the menu. Export
  4. Click on the “Export” button to initiate your export.

  1. Access the sharing area.
  2. Click on the “Exports” tab.
  3. Click the “Export” button to initiate your export.

You will receive an email notification when your export is complete, but you can also check its status at any time.
