Setting your language preference

VoiceThread is available in:

  • English
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Français (French)
  • Português (Portuguese)
  • русский (Russian)
  • 中文 (Chinese)
  • 日本語 (Japanese)
  • 한국어 (Korean)
  • (Arabic) عربى

New VT

From your home page:

  1. Click on the menu icon next to your identity name in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select “Display preferences” from the menu.
  3. Use the “Change language display setting” menu to select your preferred language.
  4. Click “Save.”

The page will refresh automatically.

From an open VoiceThread:

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select “Language.”
  3. Use the “Language” drop-down menu to select your preferred language.
  4. Save.

The page will refresh automatically.

Legacy VT

From your VT Home Page:*

  1. Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select “Display Preferences” from the menu.
  3. Use the “Language” menu to select a different language.  The page will refresh automatically, and the language will be changed.

From an open VoiceThread:

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Select your current language at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Select a new language.  The VoiceThread will update automatically.
